Miss Insta Asia 2012

Miss Insta Asia sepertinya menjadi kontes kecantikan yang tidak biasa di internet dengan keunikkan tersendiri. Miss Insta Asia sudah pasti ditujukan untuk wanita yang berasa dari kawasan Asia. Ini merupakan konter yang paling jujur, luar biasa, dan tidak ada korupsi pada internet.

Apabila anda berasal dari empat puluh delapan negara Asia, anda bisa mencoba peruntungan anda dan kharisma anda. Yang harus anda lakukan hanya melakukan pendaftaran sederhana pada website, upload foto anda (tidak lebih dari 5 buah) dan sedikit bercerita mengenaik kepribadian anda. Persyaratan kontes kecantikkan Miss Insta Asia 2012


1. Ketetapan umum


1.1. Kontes internet internasional Miss Insta Asia (Dengan ini - Contest) dimulai padar 1 Oktober, 2011 dan berakhir pada 1 Oktober, 2012.

1.2. Kontes diatur oleh InstaForex Companies Group (sebagai - Organizer).

1.3. Terbuka untuk wanita yang telah berusia 18 (sebagai Participants) dimanapun berada.

1.4. Kontes ini diadakan melalui internet.

1.5. Website resmi: miss-instaforex-asia.com.

1.6. Dana untuk hadiah konter sebesar 40 000 US dollars[1]. Akan didistribusikan kepada pasa pemenang dengan cara berikut:

  • Miss Insta Asia – $20 000;
  • Forex Lady – $8 000;
  • Miss Posh – $3 000;
  • Miss Creativity – $3 000;
  • Miss Spice – $3 000;
  • Miss Smile – $3 000.


    • 2. Pendaftaran Kontes


    2.1. Permintaan untuk berpartisipasi diisi melalui website resmi kontes ini.

    2.2. Periode registrasi dimulai pada 1 Oktober 2011 sampai 1 September 2012.

    2.3. Pihak administrasi kontes berhak menolak partisipasi bagi mereka yang berpura-pura tanpa menjelaskan alasannya.

    2.4. The winners of Contest previous seasons shall not be able to partake in a new season of the beauty contest Miss Insta Asia 2012.



    3. Persyaratan profil


    3.1. Profil harus mengandung nama jelas peserta.

    3.2. Profile must contain not less than 3 photos. There are only jpg, jpeg, gif and png formats acceptable. Min height/width is 500 px. The size of a photo must not exceed 2 Mb. Collage is prohibited. Poor-quality photos will not be approved.
    Please note that use of photos with other logo trademarks including but not limited to social networks, photostudios, photographers and brand marks with direct or indirect advertising is strictly prohibited.
    Photos with third parties are not allowed to be placed/posted in the profile. Pictures can only contain the images of the Participant.
    Photos can be changed during the entire contest if the requirements of their uploading are observed.

    3.3. Peserta diharuskan mengisi seluruh isian pada form. Profil yang kosong tidak akan diterima untuk berpartisipasi pada kontes.

    3.4. Dilarang membuat lebih dari satu profil untuk satu peserta atau mendaftar dengan menggunakan nama orang lain.

    3.5. Profil peserta akan terlihat di website resmi setelah disetujui oleh moderator.



    4. Voting


    4.1. The voting starts at the moment when profile appears on the website of the Contest and continues till the end of the Contest. Website users who have a real trading account with InstaForex Company attached to the user's profile has a right to vote for any participants but not more than once for one participant. There are no limits to the number of votes per day. Visitors who do not have InstaForex real accounts have a right to vote not more than three times per day.

    4.2. The weight of a user's vote is equivalent to 10 points. In order to increase the weight of a vote users have to attach InstaForex real account to the profile. After the account is bound to the profile the weight of a user's vote will be increased proportionally to the balance. If a balance of a trading account is less than 200 USD the weight of one vote will equal 20 points. If the trading account balance exceeds 200 USD, the weight of a vote will be calculated according to the formula: account balance in USD/10. Regardless of the PAMM trader's account balance, running over USD 10 000, the vote weight shall be calculated according to the following formula: USD 10 000/10. If account balance is reducing, the user's vote weight (including the already left votes) declines in proportion to the withdrawn/lost amount.

    4.3. Participant cannot vote for herself having registered as a user.



    5. Winners determination


    5.1. Pemenang kontes ditentukan dengan voting dari internet dengan perhitungan yang transparan, dilakukan diantara pengunjung website kontes ini.

    5.2. Dengan hitungan hasil suara melalui internet, kategori nominasi adalah sebagai berikut:

  • Miss Insta Asia;
  • Forex Lady;
  • Miss Posh;
  • Miss Creativity;
  • Miss Spice;
  • Miss Smile.

    • 5.3. Dilarang menggunakan metode curang untuk meningkatkan rating peserta. Unfair methods include prepaid tasks on special websites, registration of several accounts from one computer and others. Apabila pihak Administasi kontes menemukan kecurangan (dalam meningkatkan jumlah suara), rating peserta akan dikembalikan menjadi nol atau peserta akan di diskualifikasi. Selama periode investigasi, profil peserta akan terblokir.

    5.4. The Company is entitled to request a participant to provide information on the resources she promotes her webpage on. In case there is no any reply, the contest Administration reserves the right to block the participant’s profile.

    5.5. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participant, either during the Contest or after it has finished, without explaining the reason.



    6. Award procedure


    6.1. Hasil kontes akan diumumkan selama 14 hari setelah voting melalui internet selesai.

    6.2. Upacara penghargaan akan dilakukan pada ShowFx World Exhibition (Pihak Organizer berhak menentukan tanggal dan tempat).

    6.3. Pemenang kontes setuju untuk menghadiri upacara penghargaan. Apabila peserta berhalangan hadir, nominasi akan diberikan ke peserta selanjutnya dengan perhitungan rating.

    6.4. Peserta setuju untuk:

  • menghadiri wawancara untuk radio, tv, dan media massa lainnya;
  • penggunaan fotonya oleh Organizer untuk kebutuhan periklanan;
  • penggunaan namanya oleh Organizer untuk kebutuhan periklanan tanpa pembayaran tambahan;
  • Pihak organizer berhak atas hak cipta untuk materi periklanan yang dibuat menggunakan hal tersebut diatas.

    • 6.5. Pemenang menyediakan pihak Organizer dengan dokumen menyatakan kepribadiannya. Apabila ada penolakkan dalam menyediakan dokumen untuk data identitas dan profil, pemenang harus akan kehilangan hak untuk hadiah.


    1. This amount is distributed among the winners' accounts. These funds are not subject for withdrawal. However, the profit derived with the help of the prize funds can be withdrawn without any restrictions.
